Vienna’s House of Dreams
Good morning, pioneers!
Today, I want to share a project with you that is close to my heart.
It lights me up inside.
If you feel the same after reading, I want to hear from you.
Here’s what I’ve got for you this month:

Let’s get into it 🌳!

CULTURE
Funkhaus Vienna: Exclusively for Dreamers.
There’s something powerful brewing within Vienna’s Funkhaus.
Built in the 1930s, this historic building once hosted Austria’s first radio broadcasts.
For decades, it connected the nation.
Now, it’s poised for a new life—a revival that celebrates its past and visionary future.
When Rhomberg acquired Funkhaus six years ago, I saw something different…
It isn’t just real estate.
It’s a living legacy.
Have a look….
The Funkhaus is Alive
Here are a few things that are happening inside right now:
The radio symphonic orchestra has their HQ in the building and regularly performs, filling the space with music that connects past and present
Cultural projects, nonprofits, and artists have found a home here, bringing their energy and ideas to Funkhaus
Podcasters are streaming and recording in the original studios, broadcasting directly from these historic walls
Funkhaus is already alive with creativity, sound, and passion.
We’re honoring the soul of the building—and setting the stage for its future.

A Place for Dreamers and Creators
Our goal is simple: make Funkhaus a gathering place for visionaries.
A house of dreams.
To create a pulse—a heartbeat that celebrates creativity, art, technology, and bold ideas.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s coming up next:
We’re dedicating 2025 to celebrating 50 years of electronic music with performances, DJ sets, and artist residencies.
The world-famous Festwochen is moving their HQ into the building.
Development plans for a hotel, bar, and restaurant concept to create a space where artists, travelers, and dreamers meet. A home for the culturally curious.
Apartments – Permanent living at the heart of the Funkhaus.
Haute couture x grassroots – Funkhaus will merge prestigious art with underground culture, where all are equal contributors.

What’s Your Dream?
For anyone who steps into Funkhaus, we ask one thing:
“What’s your dream?”
This question is at the core of Funkhaus.
Everyone here—tenants, guests, partners—needs to bring a vision.
This is not just a development project.
It’s an opportunity to bring together the most beautiful, gifted, and visionary people in the world.
The modern-day Renaissance men and women.
I’m looking for a partner
Not just any partner, but someone who shares the vision for Funkhaus.
Someone who lights up like I do when you read about my plan.
If this resonates, I’m open to talk 👉[email protected]
Funkhaus isn’t for everyone.
I’m not just sending investment papers to anyone with deep pockets.
I want a partner who understands that Funkhaus is more than a good investment case—it’s a commitment to creating something remarkable.
Are you that person? If so, reach out and tell me…
What’s your dream?
